It makes me wonder if most 10mm people even test for accuracy or just try to get the most velocity possible for bragging rights. If you need to load the 10mm past 37,500 psi to get your desired power level you really should of bought a bigger gun in the first place.

2023年5月7日 · One of the later 10MM pistols was a Kimber Eclipse. Fine gun, with MUCH better case head support than my Colt Delta had.. I think I'll always have a 10MM or two around. Haven't loaded 10MM in a while, so haven't used any small primer 10MM cases. Most of my loads were similar to the original NORMA loads, or today's Buffalo Bore, Underwood, etc.

2011年2月21日 · The 10mm Auto is a modern pistol cartridge and when it was designed (late 70s/early 80s), it was a core principle of it's development to load to maximum pressures right from the start. There is no +P ammo because standard ammo is already at +P pressures.

Would like to get my hands on some once I can locate them anywhere. I have had a very good experience with all teh fedral ammo I have shot before from 12Ga, 5.56, and 308 win.

2011年3月9日 · I shoot a good amount of 10mm - G20, G29, SW 610: I like Power Pistol for hotter loads and Longshot and HS-6 for moderate velocities. And for a 10mm lite load, Universal.

2022年4月13日 · Okay, the correct answer to the OP is (if he’s that worried about a Kaboom) to go out and by aftermarket 10mm Glock barrels with fully-supported chambers. Otherwise, just stock up on AA #9 and components and load up to CIP 10mm specs (i.e., real 10mm velocities). 200grns @ 1200+fps, 180grns @ 1300+fps, 165grns @ 1400+fps, etc.

Power Pistol, LongShot, IMR800X, AA#9, AA#7, Silhouette (this was Winchester Action Pistol), AutoComp, BE-86 and Hodgdon CFE Pistol are some I want to start working with.

2023年11月15日 · Hi all, so i just basically completed hand loading a batch of 10 mm auto to test out in my Gen. IV Glock 40. Batch finished as follows: virgin Sig brass (resized), Nosler 180 gn. JHP, Hercules 2400 powder 12.0 gns. Remington LPP’s. Will be introducing light crimp for them. COAL are between 1.253’’-1.258’’ (not to exceed 1.260’’).
