2023年4月11日 · No. PDF is media. It's not a web file. Technically it's a print file. The best you can do is put your PDF on a file sharing site like DropBox. Add an external link to your Portfolio page so people can download the file. They will need a PDF viewer on their device. Either free Acrobat Reader, Acrobat Pro or some other PDF viewer.

2022年10月19日 · when i clicked view in this program, a pdf file appeared at the bottom of the screen, accessing the carat actually gave us the option to stop saving all files first and also immediately opened portfolios when asking to view subsequent attachments.

2019年3月14日 · In the newest version (I've finally upgraded from CS4 - was very adept at the CS4 version of Acrobat Pro, but this new Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version is too....well, it tries to be too 'user friendly'), I see the "Order" column for each PDF in the portfolio, but I can't seem to edit that number to rearrange the files in the order I choose.

2018年5月31日 · OK, but how do I keep my individual file names WITHIN the Combined PDF like I used to. When I drag them in, they have their file names. When I hit Combine, they turn to generic page numbers. I don't want to use a Portfolio because Portfolios are not compatible with the Acrobat Home document sharing site.

2024年2月28日 · A pop-up window "Save Adobe PDF As" appears. I can tell at this point the task has failed based on the suggested file name. If it choses a name for the Portfolio from the subject line of an email, it failed. Rather than creating a PDF of all the emails I selected, it will PDF only that one email, even if its not one that I selected.

2013年3月7日 · 1. Open the portfolio.pdf file in Adobe Reader. 2. Select View, Portfolio and check Details from the main menu. A search box will appear on the top right. Enter the letter 'a', click on the down arrow beside the binoculars and select "Search Entire Portfolio'. Click the binocular icon. 3. All the embedded pdf files will appear in the window.

2023年6月9日 · Adobe needs to fix this issue. It's WAY too much work to rename all of the individual PDF files that you will be importing into a portfolio. There should be a very simple way to rename ANY PDF file within a portfolio once it's imported. This is the whole point of a PDF/document management system. It's insane that this does not have this BASIC ...
