The directors of 'Aladdin' (1992) wrote the part of the Genie specifically for Robin Williams. As a tribute, at the end of the movie, the Genie appears in the same yellow Hawaiian shirt and Goofy hat that Robin Williams wore in the Disney's short film 'Back to Neverland' (1989)

Jul 23, 2023 · I recently went through the IMDb top 250 list and was surprised to see Aladdin (1992) squeaking in at the bottom. I think it comes down to it being one of those rare film examples that is more than the sum of it's parts. Lots of good aspects come together and despite some shortcomings it's highly entertaining for different audiences.

A person could write a story like that, a story that re-tells the exact plot sequence of Aladdin but which presents a realistic picture of how the sultan's sneaky vizier is carefully manipulating him. That kind of story presentation would make it more obvious why it's just not feasible to use hypnosis to make the sultan abdicate the throne ...

Idiot should have at least waited until he and Aladdin were out of the Cave, and maybe that's what he originally intended, but Abu made it more of a rush job.

Jan 18, 2022 · I can remember an often-mentioned blooper that when The Genie meets Aladdin, he sings the song "Friend Like Me" with the line: Mr. Aladdin sir, what will your pleasure be?" And then after the song is over, he asks Aladdin what his name is. I just watched the movie again this morning, and I'm pretty sure that they had moved the "What's your name?"

It's not just the clothes and the servants, Aladdin became a person of royal blood in that moment. Later on, Jafar wishes to become Sultan, therefore Jafar becomes a royal of higher rank than Aladdin.

Once she said that aladdin sees into her brain like hes a 80s xray.
