2023年7月17日 · On your Start Menu, click the 'App Apps' button at the top, to show the long list of installed apps. Find the app you want to create the Desktop icon for and then drag its icon from that long list onto your Desktop, that will create a new icon. Dragging from the normal start menu will not wok, it only works form the 'All apps' list.
