I've started to get noticeable and f*cking annoying stuttering/hitching in battles and in campaign, where the FPS drops from 50 to 20 for half a second and then runs good for two seconds and repeats.

Try to get them to join your wars against factions they hate. Sometimes they may even give you money for it, and a war at home undermines any faction's ability to attack you.

2022年8月4日 · if u click on ur faction icon and then go to summary tab, u can see ur faction traits near the left. u will see that for huns u have +++growth whenever u raze a settlement. also u stop enemy replenishment just by being there. this is friend or foe, factions get pissed off with u if u camp in their territory for too long.
