Black interior in a sports car is so boring it’s just sad to pay for it by choice - when buying new. I think black interior is only ok when buying used and you kind of accept it. In all other instances get some color. If you love dark interior as its cozier - navy blue or dark brown are super good alternatives, when available.

hahaha. my first bimmer was a 2017 440. it was a grand coupe. fantastic car. i wanted more of a “drivers car”. i tracked the 440, it was as capable as you could expect, but i was interested in owning an M3. a roommate of mine had an E46 and then E92 M3. loved them. both stick shifts. the V8 in the E92 ruled.

I had a silver 135i coupe with a red interior and black trim, it looked great. I've now got a white 330i wagon with saddle brown interior, it looks quite classy. I think the saddle brown would work better with a charcoal or black exterior, but I bought it used.

The cohesion with a black interior is very nice, definitely no distractions. Having also spent some time in a tan interior I feel like it lifts your mood a bit. I agree that the lighter colors can be more difficult to keep clean but they just have that pop and wow factor. Red is very nice and probably one of my favorites.

the purple is by far the best of those 3 altho that new metallic green is my favorite bmw individual color but if you have to have orange interior all of those would look stupid except the grey… that purple is so sick but that one pictured looks so bad it looks like it has that interior you are talking about plus with yellow calipers and black wheels that shit looks like a total mess ...

No colour compares to the ambience generated by late night drives in a BMW EXX with the gentle glow of orange lights while the seat warmer brings heat to your ass and the steering wheel emits gentle waves of warmth and the heat is on full blast while snow gently drifts down from the sky.
