2023年8月13日 · The BMW M Performance Power Kit is a BMW aftermarket kit for F30/F32 335i/435i. It has nothing to do with engine internals or wastegates. It primarily replaces the bottom of the airfilter box with one that has an extra air hole trimmed in red plastic for effect.

2015年2月17日 · BMW test these things quite well so I'm assuming under testing whilst the car was under load over a period of time the suggestion by BMW engineering was to fit a larger intercooler, so they do. The length of time to fit is 1 or 2 hours, there then is a lengthy coding between the garage and Germany to update the PPK and download the black magic.

Install took several hours, but they only billed me for .25 hours, but had a "software coding flat fee" added to it for 125. This is actually noted in the PDF as it says the labor times do "not include software coding which needs to be added"

2016年9月13日 · The power kit now only comes bundled with the M Performance Exhaust since they work in tandem. The stock exhaust has too much back pressure to work with the higher flow of the new power kit, so the 340i M Performance Exhaust has reduced back pressure to work with the remapped ECU of the power kit.
