2024年12月27日 · The stunning Bantry House and Gardens is one of the most beautiful estates in Ireland. The historical stately home is situated on the Wild Atlantic Way overlooking the beautiful Bantry Bay. It’s a great place to stroll around or stop in for a fancy feed at the tearoom.

Bantry House and Garden is a stately home overlooking Bantry Bay in the south west of Ireland. The House has been in our family, the Whites, since 1739 and was opened to the public in 1946. We offer Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the East Wing. We have an important private collection of furniture and objects of art.

Bed and breakfast with 6 rooms in the main house available. Garden highlights include classical statues, urns, and balustrades, a wisteria circle, topiary and the Parterre. The gardens contain seven terraces; the house is located on the third. Behind the house, one hundred steps appear to rise out of a fountain.

Inside, you discover the Billiards Room (complete with full size billiards table), the Pink Room, and the Grand Library. There is really lovely accommodation in the East Wing, where spacious, elegant and serene rooms with beautiful bathrooms …
