2024年7月25日 · It fades into a white screen then never loads up. It stays white. And to leave this I have to force quit. I've removed my mods, added a few in and reinstalled and it worked. I thought it was the more cas columns but when I put all my mods in a rebooted the game, it still had a white screen when I tried making a new game.

I opened (launched) the game from EA app using the blue button which appeares if I move the cursor over the sims 4 in the installed game section on the left. A blank white screen appeared and it has been that way for 15 minutes now. I checked directly before opening the game, and the update was complete (I downloaded it days ago).

2018年8月8日 · After selecting the Sign In option from any Office 365 application (top right corner of each app dialog), I enter my Microsoft ID in the first dialog, then I am presented with a blank dialog for the password. I have tried messing with the screen resolution, and of course, rebooting, but nothing has worked.

Blank screen with EA and minimize buttons are there and cursor will change as if there's things still there but won't load anything. Case has been created, spoke to EA on chat, done repairs, cleared cache, reinstalled graphics, reinstalled EA app, everything EA advised has been done.
