As a temporary fix, break off the blade directly across from it so it isn't unbalanced. This is the solution (ignoring replacing the fan if possible). Missing two blades will affect cooling almost none. Just make sure it's the one directly across. IMO that is this one (The green one, the blue lines are to show my logic):
