Dec 16, 2024 · Agree. I have found a variability in all of my devices- some are up, some are down, but none are backwards. Be sure the metal contacts go in first, and try up and down. You might also want to try that SD card in another device that uses SD cards such as an Osmo Action Camera, Go Pro, Osmo Pocket 3, etc. Dale
