I think the zombies storyline being needlessly complicated is part of the charm. It serves as a great antithesis to a lot of cod campaigns being these very simple stories of saving the day having the style of an action movie. Anyways nowadays the storyline isn’t too hard to follow since bo4 ended the original one.

2021年3月8日 · You can get the storyline in order by just playing the maps in order. The storyline makes it seem like some of bo4 happens before other maps and the multiverses can mess some stuff up, but the storyline moves in a cycle, and bo4 breaks it. The maps are in order.

2021年9月13日 · A massive portion of the story is in radios and secrets, so its not easy to just play through it. The recent games are much better for just playing through the story, but the early games either dont have easter eggs to play or the easter eggs dont givr you much information.
