2022年1月24日 · I'm looking for a good, complete DIY 4'x8' CNC router kit. I don't mind supplying computer/router, etc. I'll be using the machine for cutting parts out of 1/4", 1/2" and 3/4" bamboo sheets. I found the blackfoot (blackFoot 4x8 v4.1 CNC Machine). Any others? Looking for a solid, stable design. Best, Jim

2013年2月5日 · I have been searching past post for ideas or plans for a diy atc for my home built cnc router. I read posts from several years ago that somebody built their own atc, but it had a few issues at speeds around 20k. Currently, I have a Hitachi router but would switch spindles for anything that works better with a ATC.

2017年5月29日 · Purchasing the right linear rails for a home made cnc router table Guys , I was debating to build a Joe's CNC , and while Joes V bearing Evolution is all that I would probably ever require, the more I study , I'm certain I could build a cnc table myself using square block linear rails , and CNCRP pro series rack and pinion .

2010年11月27日 · DIY ATC Spindle design Just started out making my own automatic tool changer spindle, I have based it loosly on a scaled down version of commercial taper tooling, I have elected to use an 8.5deg taper with conventional pull stud design, I have just finished the main spindle component.

2010年10月25日 · Don, I am running the a HobbyCNC Pro board with 200 oz-in steppers, they are pushing around a modified JGRO (mdf=heavy) machine with a Sears Craftsman 2.5hp router. Works pretty darn good, could be just a little faster though as I am running single start 5/8" 11tpi all-thread on all of my axis.
