As a certified FNAF RUIN white knight I had to defend its honor because upon a recent replay, I realized that whole scene IS important to the plot. It shows us that rebooting an animatronic does NOT kill it!

2023年7月28日 · Eclipse was the perfect daycare attendant, with the ability to entertain kids and engage with them, whilst at the very same time being a proper guardian. Somebody tampered with Eclipse later on in the timeline and isolated the two parts of his personality. Although for what intent, I'm not sure of yet.

Though technically an eclipse is based entirely on the moon, so Moon would probably be the dominant personality between the two.

2023年8月6日 · Perhaps Eclipse is what it would have looked like if the initial technicians had programmed Sun & Moon properly as the daycare attendant the first time, instead of just re-programming Sun. Then perhaps Cassie simply completed the process they had left unfinished.

2023年8月30日 · I haven't watched a whole playthrough of Ruin yet, but when Cassie gets to Eclipse, I can't help but feel bad for the character. Sun is obviously struggling to keep Moon at bay, and when Cassie reboots him and turns into Eclipse, he stays positive that people will visit the Pizzaplex. What makes me even sadder is his tone of voice.

2023年7月27日 · Eclipse is just the merged version now where no one has to suffer anymore and they can be free and happy finally. Moon doesn’t hurt anymore when the light comes on and Sun isn’t in constant distress and anxiety anymore either. They are now “Eclipse”, a perfect combination of Sun and Moon. Kinda poetic.
