That said, this is what he was doing during his peak, so it is still interesting and valuable. I recently got a chance to see the Ed Coan SuperTraining DVD and I thought that his programming might be of serious interest to a lot of you.

We haven't seen a video, so the truth is a cue is a cue, and you may have been looking at your sternum during your squat and needed to look up some more. I'd learn as much as I could from a guy who squatted 1019, and broke over 71 world records.

2018年1月10日 · God, if I could, I would ask as many questions as possible and try as many insights as a guy like Ed Coan has to give. If possible, I would challenge the nuts and bolts of the SS model. He probably has many interesting things to say about it.

2018年1月8日 · I train at the gym where Ed Coan trains. He came up to me and told me that he could tell I was “a follower of Mark Rippetoe” by the way I squatted. He told me it was good for light weights but didn’t work for heavier weights. While I was squatting he was coaching me to look up more because “the head goes where the body goes.”
