Basically raiden gets teleported to the hallow and pisses off the empress. Following her defeat at the hands of Terraria's Hero, the Empress of Light finds herself in a world full of Corruption, and sets out to cleanse it.

Aug 26, 2020 · The thing is her projectiles are yellow which is sign its daytime empress cause usually its rainbow. It could also be early morning in the game cause its usually a bit dark by then.

The Empress of Light is one of 3 Hardmode bosses that are not necessary for game progression. The others are Queen Slime and Duke Fishron. She is the only nocturnal boss that uses upgraded moves rather than just one move when enraged.

Queen Slime was one of the two bosses added in the 1.4 update, along with the Empress of Light. Both are Hallow -themed. The Queen is centered on the Hallow's crystal theme while the Empress has the Hallow's rainbow theme, as seen by the colors of their summon items, their attacks, and exclusive items they drop.

May 19, 2020 · I’d say Queen Slime is easier than the mech bosses, but probably not immediately after hardmode. I’d say the best time to fight her is right before the mech bosses. Empress I’d put at post-Golem, she’s definitely harder than post-Plantera but I feel like her difficulty is being exaggerated; I still find Moon Lord to be harder.

Jul 6, 2020 · There are two major new bosses in the Terraria 1.4 update: Queen Slime and Empress of Light. Since I’ve shown you where to find Empress of Light its time to switch gears and fight a slime boss for a change.

The Empress of Light will be dropping also a myriad of valuable stuff, amongst which will be the Kaleidoscope, a powerful summoner weapon. The Queen Slime has her loot pool, with which she'll issue vanity items and craft recipes for the Gelatinous Pillion mount and Slime staff.
