2024年9月5日 · 2. All Mail: This contains all the emails in your Gmail account, including those that have been archived. It shows emails from the Inbox, as well as those that have been removed from the Inbox but not deleted. Essentially, it's a collection of every email except for those in the Trash or Spam folders.

Gmail doesn't have folders. All your messages are saved in All Mail. Everything else (Inbox, Starred, Drafts, user-labels, etc) are just "views" into a subset of the messages in All Mail. And since there's only one copy of any message, if you delete it from any label, you're deleting the only copy, so it's gone from all of them.

On your computer, go to Gmail. Enter your Google Account email or phone number and password. If information is already filled in and you have to sign in to a different account, click Use another account. If you get a page that describes Gmail instead of the sign-in page, at the top right of the page, click Sign in.

2020年8月20日 · Hi, I am experiencing problems with incoming emails bypassing the Inbox and Spam folder and only appearing in All Mail. I have already discussed this with someone else here as part of another related discussion, but without resolution. And I have noticed that quite a few others have raised the same issue.

Scroll to view all messages or conversations (desktop view). In Outlook conversation threads, the newest message is at the top. In Gmail: Use quick settings to change conversation view. View up to 100 messages or conversations per screen (web view). In Gmail conversation threads, the newest message is at the bottom.

2019年6月22日 · Email in All Mail and not in Inbox Reviewed similar posts, verified if there are any filters, checked the POP/IMAP settings, verified the third party app settings that manage Gmail, removed all labels and retained just Primary and yet, see that my emails are not shown in Inbox but they are still in All Mail without a Label.
