2023年2月22日 · Grachan, the hunter Leol stole the surf ability from, is able to make waves only on rainy days and the waves both the captain and leol made kinda scale with each other. So Im starting to think that maybe there's a connection and that Grachan is the captain and made the wave as the first sort of challenge for the prospective hunters.

Grachan's ability most likely works like this. Condition: it has to be raining. Surf board and harpoon are conjured. Water in the environment is then controlled to produce currents, waves, whirlpools and spouts which are used for attacks and to travel on with the surf board.

But the viewer knows that Leol's ability works by granting favors (where the likely favor in this case is that Leol spared Grachan). Morel then goes all out to avenge his not-dead friend and kills ...

Inamura originally belonged to the Hunter Grachan, who is a buddy of Morel's. Grachan supposedly got his ability back after Morel defeated Leol. Now that he has it back, he sounds like a logical pick for the expedition's boat trip, considering his high degree of water manipulation and connection with Morel.
