I don't want to conquer it, I literally just want to break it up into smaller independent kingdoms that are easier to contain while taking a few pieces for myself. 2020年9月14日 · Yeah, you cannot have an empire title. But since the HRE decision is either bugged or very stupidly designed, I wouldn't bother anyway. It makes every king title you're holding and are in complete control of part of the new de jure HRE BUT East Francia, the very kingdom you need to hold to even take the decision!

2023年2月5日 · I managed to get "Holy Roman and an Empire" over the weekend. Here's some more tips. After capitulating the UK make sure all their territory in the med belongs to you, Germany will contest some claims, but just keep demanding and they'll forfeit after a few passes.
