By default a template sensor will update when any of the referenced entities change state. You should be able to add a trigger to your template sensor, that way it will only update when triggered by a state change of your choice. Use sensor B as the trigger to update the sensor. Further info:

2023年6月17日 · The problem with my above code is that until the state changes (or home assistant restart, initial try, etc), the sensor value is: "unknown". As of now, when a automation or template that uses this sensor tries, it fails because 'unknown' is not a date it can compare to. I want the default value (or initial value) to be in the date format
