I want a Blazer, settle for a Cimar or Roadstar II?
2012年3月7日 · i bought my blazer 3 weeks ago after waiting for maybe a year for a good looking specimen to show up at the same time i had the money to buy it. roadstars are a lot easier to come by. i'm partial to the 83-85 models that are a bit bigger, don't have a belly cut, and have vintage style tuners and vintage style bridge. but that red 650 looks alright for the money.

2011年3月3日 · I had been thinking of getting a P-Bass of some kind recently, and I ran across an Ibanez Blazer on eBay. Although I didn't get that particular one, my interest was peaked, and the more I found out about them, the more I liked the idea of getting one. Then a couple of weeks later, I went to see...
1980's Ibanez Blazer bass mystery - TalkBass.com
2003年4月3日 · That could be a creme Super J4 pickup and switch, as used on the Roadsters from the same year. I have seen that "custom made" on most every Blazer bass of the 81/82 era with that swooshy/striped headstock logo. I'll give a .1% chance that it was an experimental model, as Ibanez had a tendency to release on the back half of the year.

2012年6月5日 · The 70s era Ibanez copies had to compete with those questionable 70s era Fender and Gibsons. Just make an instrument that looks similar, plays nearly as good and is half the price, it will sell. On a similar note in regards to reputation, during the 70s and 80s (and during a good part of the 90s), mid/late 70s to early 80s Fender and Gibson ...
Identification of Ibanez Roadster Production year and model
2025年1月27日 · J80#### does indeed mean October, 1980. And easy to narrow down as this version of the Roadster (or any Roadster, for that matter) was not in production for much longer after the beginning of the '80s.
