Practices will be Monday through Friday (with the exception of competition days). The first 3-5 days of the season, students will practice together at tryouts from 3:15-5:00 in the KMS gym. After teams are selected, practice times will vary daily. Practice time slots are: 6:15-7:30 a.m., 3:30 - 5:00 p.m., 5:00 - 6:30 p.m., 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

Once you submit the enrollment form the school registrar will review it. They must approve it prior to you being able to continue on to Step 2. This can take up to 48 hours depending on when your form was submitted. During the summer hours our response times are varied.

Standards Based Grading at KMS Th e academic year is broken down into three trimester grading periods. Trimester grades will be issued at the end of each trimester.

Our PTO is just getting started and is planning activities for this year that focus on at least one component of our three-pronged approach in our mission statement: school family engagement, community engagement, and school staff support.

The Mountain Lion Study Den (MLSD) is a positive after school program designed to offer students, on a voluntary basis, the opportunity for academic tutoring, mentoring, homework support and project exploration and is staffed by school personnel.
