LysoTracker Green DND-26 is a cell-permeable, non-fixable, green fluorescent dye that stains acidic compartments within a cell, such as lysosomes. Green DND-26 has an excitation and emission maximum of 504/511 nm and can be efficiently excited using a FITC filter.

This product LysoTracker ® Green DND-26 is a lysosome probe labeled with green fluorescence, with a maximum excitation/emission wavelength of 504/511nm. This product is provided in the form of a 1mM storage solution dissolved in anhydrous DMSO.

The LysoTracker® probes, which consist of a fluorophore linked to a weak base that is only partially protonated at neutral pH, are freely permeant to cell membranes and typically concentrate in spherical organelles.

Directions for Use: Each vial of LysoTracker® Green DND-26 contains 50 μl of solution at a 1 mM concentration in DMSO.
