2022年1月7日 · This is my favorite Mario Party DS board for a number of reasons. It has a really creative gimmick where you can buy Stars that at minimum cost 5 coins and at maximum cost 30 coins, then when someone buys a 30 coin Star it resets to 5 coins.

The Mario 64 piracy screen is actually a fan-made mock-up, but it definitely looks real!

It makes the gimmicks stand out from every other Mario Party Game, as this game has great consistency, the Party Boards, Minigames, Story, and Extras all make contextual sense rather than a random video game location.

Mario Kart DS launched 3 years prior to Mario Kart Wii. Mario Party DS launched pretty much the same year the Wii and Mario Party 8 released, so people picked the later and never even looked back.
