The National Museum of the Royal Navy holds the most comprehensive collections of Royal Navy heritage in the UK and the largest collection of historic ships in Europe as well as many of the famous submarines and planes used by the Royal Navy.

The National Museum of the Royal Navy (“the National Museum”) was established in 2008 and is the holding company of the National Museum of the Royal Navy Group. The Group includes the Royal Naval Museum, the Fleet Air Arm Museum, the Royal Navy Submarine Museum with HMS Alliance, Explosion!
