2024年6月26日 · Norton 360 Deluxe includes Secure VPN. I have a 1G internet connection. I am connected to my router via Ethernet cable. With Secure VPN turned off, Speed Test shows 985+/- Down and 900+/- Up. The numbers vary a bit by time of day. With Secure VPN turned on, Speed Test shows 180 Down and 900 Up. Why is there such a huge difference in download speed?

In the windows app list, I only see Norton 360… no security app. I repeated the install with same results. Product & version number:22.24.7.8.
