Usually the DVD tray should have a button on it. Usually to the side of the tray, or above or below. pressing the button should open the tray. Does this not work?

2018年11月20日 · There is also a tiny hole you can insert a straightened paper clip to mechanically push the drawer open if you find the exact spot inside to press with the clip. If this becomes chronic you can replace the DVD drive fairly easily with the PC manufacturer's part or similar you find online. I can help you spec this. I hope this helps.
