2020年4月22日 · Awesome front facing gearboxes. Most I remember seeing before. Some of them were definitely made by Musters. The black and white one is a similar design to one of the ones I use. I really wish there was a source where we could buy ready made ornithopter gearboxes of different sizes and styles.

2005年5月4日 · A few years back I designed a Ornithopter with a 21” WS that I called the ZXO-3 (Zach’s Experimental Ornithopter version 3). Anyhow it flew so well I decided to scale it up 50% which gave me an ornithopter with a 31.5” WS. It clocked flights at well over a minute.

2024年3月27日 · The ripstop fabric cover of my Falcon ornithopter wings and tail has been replaced with “Pichler “Super Board foam” (used to be Graupner Vector board). The “Super board foam” is more robust and tear-resistant than EPP, it has the same smoother surface as Depron and it is less rigid.
