2014年3月13日 · Thank you so much! Basically, on my sister's iPod touch 5th generation, you could not connect to WiFi and the option was grayed out completely. I couldn't do a reset from the iPod because it asked for the Apple ID, and when I entered it, it tried to connect to iTunes. This was not possible because the device was not on WiFi.
