Following is an interview with Stephen regarding the Dark Tower. This article first appeared in The Castle Rock News in March 1989. Stephen King’s newest book, The Dark Tower: The Gunslinger, was first published in a limited edition in 1982, but was not released in a mass-market edition until the fall of 1988.
