The UNC Visitors Center’s Sense of Place walking tour is led by current students who visit popular campus locations and share campus history and traditions, innovation and research, and the student experience.

The UNC Visitors Center offers its in-person Sense of Place tour that introduces campus history, traditions and the student experience as well as some of the University’s current endeavors in research and innovation.

Designed for prospective students, this two-hour experience includes a welcome session and student panel discussion followed by a campus tour with a Carolina student as your tour guide. If a date is full, unfortunately, we're not able to offer a waitlist.
