Of the 30, 29 are known to exist naturally with Dsd being the odd man out - Nyurbia, Russia is borderline Dsd, but is classified as Dsc.

However, what you're asking is a precipitation issue. Dsb and Dfb are very similar. Both are temperate climates with warm summers and cool to cold winters.
