Microsoft Wireless Mouse 5000 / Software for Windows 10? I purchased a new Dell XPS 8700 Desktop in February 2015 with Windows 7 & upgraded to Windows 10 when it became available. I have a Microsoft Wireless Mouse 5000 from my previous desktop I would like to install but can't find the Windows 10 software download on the Microsoft Website!

2018年3月23日 · currently, windows device manager, thankfully still present in windows 10, shows the microsoft mouse as "HD-compliant mouse". I.e. its a generic driver. As the mouse is not working properly (jerky, when you start moving the mouse left, the pointer initially goes right etc), even cleaned with a new mouse mat, something is wrong.

2014年5月5日 · It shows my mouse and keyboard as being connected just because the dongle is plugged in. The mouse and keyboard can be without batteries and they still show as being connected to my computer, so that isn't very helpful. I am still able to use the mouse perfectly fine, but the keyboard is still not typing.

I recently purchased a new laptop and want to use my M325 wireless mouse with it. I have tried everything and it does not work. It works fine on my all-in-1 desktop without the little USB thingy (sorry, can't remember what it's called). It will not work with my laptop, even with the little USB thingy. This is a brand new laptop.
