Flex Academy offers personalized programming that works for each student. Mentor teachers work with each student to map a course program that also allows them to pursue passion areas like sports, theater, and workplace experiences.

FLEX Academy provides summer school opportunities for DeKalb County School high school students in grades 9-12. FLEX Academy offers access to virtual courses anytime, anyplace, and at any pace to meet every learner’s needs.

FLEX Academy is the virtual home of the FLEX Falcons where students are encouraged to #takeflightwithFLEX! FLEX is a DCSS program in which enrolled students participate in a fully online, self-paced curriculum with the support of the FLEX Academy teaching staff.

More than a “credit recovery factory,” FLEX Academy offers flexible, teacher-led online courses and units both during the school day and after hours. This enables students to expand their learning day and gain credits that lead to graduation as well as college and career readiness.
