2019年12月18日 · Microsoft does not manage these gifs, it is handled by an external service called Giphy. So reporting it to Microsoft won't help you. And changing policy to Strict will not stop this GIF, it will still be there.

2021年8月20日 · In this case GIFs are not disabled, but GIFs from giphy.com specifically are not properly embedded into messages. Instead a "Sent a GIF" message appears for all users on GIFs from giphy.com, but not for GIFs from other websites. I have disabled Gifs and stickers within the admin centre and the options have disappeared for all users which is great however, people can still copy them from the internet and paste them into teams which kind of defeats the purpose of disabling them within the admin centre.

2022年11月11日 · What fixed it was going into the Teams admin center and turning off giphy in message policy at the org level, then turning it back on and waiting a few minutes for the client side to get the memo. This allowed giphy and message deletion to work again.
