2018年9月13日 · After getting frustrated I turned the xbox off with the USB still plugged in, and for some reason it then started to download. After it had finished the xbox cane back online with all saves and games. I have done a factoey reset in the past and this is by far a lot easier as all I had to reload were my kids profiles.

The controller's light is on (it's wired), the power brick's white light is on, and the Xbox's light is on. I tried the low-res boot, but still the same thing happened.

2021年9月6日 · When I turn on my Xbox One, it displays the Xbox logo, then the screen goes blank. If I hold down the Xbox button on the controller, it displays the power options. I've tried it on another TV with a different HDMI cable and held down the power and eject buttons to reset the screen resolution. Neither made a difference.

2015年8月11日 · Shortly thereafter, nothing would respond. So, I decided to do a hard reset, since that fixes almost everything. A minute or 2 later, I turned it back on and lo-and-behold, it was even worse. It would show the green start-up screen with the Xbox One logo and 3 loading "dots" but would stay there for what would seem like at least 5 minutes!

The screen showed up with the continue option being highlited. How can I select the factory reset option from the screen? Should I use the controller?

2019年7月23日 · My xbox one x boots up and displays the xbox startup screen with the microchips and the woosh sound. Then it goes to the green screen with the xbox logo and after that it just goes black. It responds to my controller in that it says Hi in a little purple box when I turn it on (it signs me in).
