2023年7月20日 · I'd be 100x more confident about Zowie's claim of improved durability than any other oem-brand Chinese pad. Why zowie waited that much before release lightweight+wireless mices and durable pads. Probably because they search, test and takes time to bring a new truly efficient product.

2020年5月28日 · The pad is considered on the control side but due to how smooth this pad is, I had to lower my sens from 1 to 0.8 even going as low as 0.7 on the glorious skates. Something about the coating where it gives the pad the extreme smoothness just allows for such effortless glide especially with white ptfe feet so I had to lower my sens to compensate.

Zowie g-tfx is significantly faster than the DM pad L, and that one is quite fast with low friction already. I guess that's the power of hybrid pad, next to no friction but you have the rough feeling when flicking/gliding. The rough glide/feeling of g-tfx actually gives you "control" lol. I can feel the roughness on the mice feet somewhat.

Out of the box, the pad doesn't lay completely flat, but this is a bit of a non issue; just roll the sides up backwards, hold them a moment, and let them go.

2021年7月18日 · Okay, yeah if it's a standard black pad with the Zowie logo it's probably the G-SR; I think the G-TFX also comes in black but that pad is far less popular. If you like how much control it has probably just grab another one; the G-SR is quite a slow pad and there aren't many similar alternatives.

2023年9月14日 · It's the OG control pad and will help you stay pixel accurate - I really just wish that Zowie would start offering larger sizes, as we've been spoiled by 500x500 pads and I find myself lifting my mouse more often with the 'smaller' size the G-SR 2 comes in. That being said, this pad is now my main pad for CS and will be for the very distant future.

2021年10月18日 · My house does have a/c but only in certain rooms. Humidity doesent really affect the pad imo but the exposed part of the hand on your desk can tend to stick due to sweat in the summer. Ive resorted to make my pad vertical and it pretty much eliminates the issue. I have a Razer goliathus control Pad in the medium size.
