These are called basted eggs and result in the most delicious runny yolk 👏🏻🍳 To a lightly buttered pan over medium heat, crack your eggs and allow the whites to just set. Pour in about 1 tbsp water and cover the eggs for 1 minute to steam the tops and finish cooking. If the water evaporates too quick before they’re done to your liking, add a little more water and cover again. Top flaky sea salt and enjoy the best eggs ever
