Cordillera's Biggest Philippine Eagle Statue

While surveying and looking out for our Philippine eagles, we would sometimes run into other critters of the forests. Meet the Red Junglefowl (𝘎𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘶𝘴 𝘨𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘶𝘴). Here you can see a male and two females of this species locally known as "Labuyo". This is a forest-dwelling chicken, that can be recognized by its smaller size, grey legs, and the male's distinctive crowing, which ends with a hoarse and choked sound.
