I discovered about being barefoot many years ago, and have been working towards making my feet, stronger and stronger simply by engaging in more daily activities, barefoot. I mentioned in the video that the way I discovered this was from fracturing the bottom of my foot, and not knowing what to do for it to heal. Where are my barefoot babes? 🖐️ I'm almost ALWAYS in my bare feet. It doesn't matter what time of year, where I'm at, or what I'm doing. The only time I wear socks is when I'm exercising or, begrudgingly, in the dead of winter when I HAVE to wear boots (and even then, sometimes I'm sporting naked feet in them).
