Acro is a combination of gymnastics, flexibility, and dance. Acro uses strength and flexibility to perform gymnastic-based tricks within a dance routine. In this class we work on the three building blocks of acro: bridges, handstands, and cartwheels. We progress from there to turn those trick into more advanced ones.
