Canning diced tomatoes is sooo simple!! I love using diced tomatoes to later turn into blender salsa, tomato sauce, throw in soups, etc! Sometimes you just wanna get the tomatoes on the shelf quickly so this is a great method for that! Raw pack your diced tomatoes into a prepared pint or quart jar.
