Made this beautiful 100% dark rye sourdough using 100% rye starter (a first for me). The starter was super easy to get going, and this recipe/method for the starter & bread is in the @andreagentl Cooking With Mushrooms book via @riotrye_ - I did a sunflower sesame loaf & baked it in my pan de mie pan (forever favorite).
