Recipe below ⬇️ 4 chicken thighs Avocado oil for searing Salt and pepper to season the chicken 1 large onion 2 celery stalks 3 carrots 3 cloves garlic 12 oz lager beer @yuenglingbeer 1 cup @allegromarinade Original marinade 1/2 cup water or unsalted chicken stock 1 tsp @allegromarinade garlic and herb seasoning ➡️ Season and sear the chicken over medium heat for 4 minutes a side. ➡️ Sauté veggies for about 10 minutes
