This is my version of a healthy pecan pie. And with only 6 ingredients and no baking they are super easy to make too. The crunchy base is gluten-free with crushed up pecans combined with nut butter, maple and a little coconut oil. The gooey topping is sticky and delicious with dates and more pecans. Pecan Pie Bites | Vegan, Gluten-Free, Minimal The CUTEST recipe via @danishealthyeats TART: 1 C NOW almond flour 1/4 C NOW coconut flour 1/4 C NOW coconut or avocado oil 3 Tbsp NOW maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla FILLING: 1 C pitted medjool dates 4 Tbsp water 1/4 C almond butter (or sub more dates, but it's great nutty flavor!) 2 Tbsp NOW coconut sugar 1/2 C NOW pecans pinch of sea salt Heat oven 350 F.
